Watauga County Planning Board:

Meets 3^rd Monday at 5:30 p.m. as needed. The Planning Board hears and decides on development proposed under the Subdivision and Multi-unit structure regulations except for preliminary plat approval of property located in the Foscoe/Grandfather zoning area.

Watauga County Board of Adjustment:

Meets 4^th Monday at 5:30 p.m. as needed. The Board of Adjustment hears and decides on Special Use Permits, appeals of staff decisions, and variances for all regulations except Subdivisions and Multi-unit Structures.
