Some of the many benefits of Electronic Recording include: Saves time and reduces rejections; Streamlines your workflows; Gets documents into public record faster; Eliminates check-writing expenses; Avoids mailing costs, traffic and wasted time; Eliminates payment errors.
We currently have over 1500 e-recording submitters, which include banks, attorney offices, mortgage, time-share and utility companies, etc., who submit Deeds, Deeds of Trust, Satisfactions, Easements, Power of Attorney’s, and many other types of legal documents through Electronic Recording.
