Facility Information
Reservations of designated Parks and Recreation Facilities are available to the public from 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.. Designated facilities include: Old Cove Creek Gym, Complex Fields, the Tot Lot Picnic Shelter, Howard's Knob Picnic Shelter, Brookshire Park Picnic Shelter, Brookshire Park Field, and Rocky Knob Picnic Shelter. Athletic facilities may be reserved by contacting the Athletic Staff at 828-264-9511
Regulations for use include: reservations are offered to responsible individuals, groups, organizations and businesses, and a contract agreement form guaranteeing this reservation must be signed in person at the Watauga County Parks and Recreation office. Fees are to be paid in advance to secure the reservation. Persons who reserve facilities must leave them clean and undamaged or a penalty fee will be charged. Alcoholic beverages & LOUD MUSIC are prohibited.
