POSITION OPENING

The Watauga County Project on Aging is accepting applications for the part-time, non-regular position of Kitchen Aide. Position participates in the cleaning of utensils and kitchen, preparation and serving of meals, and packing coolers/caddies for Home Delivered Meals Program.  Requirements include any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school and some experience in nutrition and food preparation in an institutional setting preferred.  Hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 1:00 pm; salary is $9.50/hour.  Application deadline Friday, August 7, 2015.  Apply at NC Works Career Center, 130 Poplar Grove Connector, Boone, NC 28607, (828) 265-5385.  Watauga County is an EEOE.
